Please fix this app. We did not need a map rendering on it. It just has to show the monthly pass. Now after the last update it takes 1 minute to start the app. Bus drivers are asking me to get off because I cannot show them the card in pertinent time. Revert and keep it simple.
It's tragic, takes forever to load. I was kicked out from the bus once because it didnt load and needed to wait for 10min in the cold for a next one. Getting millions from commuters, but can't find good developer to make a simple app work smooth
After the latest update the app has been useless. It freezes the whole device for about 10 secs. Buy a printed version instead. No point in risking getting fined for such a crappy app.
App loads so slowly that you sometimes fear that can not make it to your destination in time. Absolutely horrible! Update! Fast!
Normally works fine, but after latest update it takes *a long time* to start. I almost got a fine, although I done everything I should. I may go back to the paper-ticket solution, I don't think it is fair that I should be fined for other peoples bad coding :-/ If only the app would prove to be reliable, then I would rate it 5 stars. But it isn't.
Mit månedskort udløber i dag, så jeg skulle have det fornyet. Jeg fik at vide at da jeg har alle zoner, skal jeg enten købe et Rejsekort (hvilket jeg ikke vil) eller hente DOT Mobilperiodekort app'en. Da jeg prøver at åbne app'en chrasher den, og jeg kan ikke forny mit månedskort. Vil I ikke være søde at opdatere jeres lorte app..? Jeg håber at I læser alle jeres anmeldelser og gør noget ved det i en fart..!
