Children’s Medical Services Health Plan serves people who qualify for public health programs. As a member of our plan, you have the health plan information you need right in your pocket. The Children’s Medical Services Health Plan mobile app gives you access to these features whenever and wherever you need them.

A better app is coming for Children’s Medical Services! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current Children’s Medical Services app.

Finally let me login as my son. Not his caretaker...but then reverted back to create account and says this email and member ID is already taken. 🤦‍♀️ What a waste of time. Could never get it to work.

Not an app. Just the useless sunshine health website all over again. Customer service line can't access the account nor transfer me to anyone who can. All I need is an id card to email to my sons dentist!

This app never works. It always has an error login in and never displays content
