My insurance app said that it retired and to download this app. I did months ago and it never worked and my other app showed back up. Same thing again today and I have no choice but to have this app if I want my insurance information. But this app isn't working, I logged in to my insurance with this app, but as soon as I did it's just been bouncing back and forth between the login page and a blank website, sometimes loading. Not ready for use and now I can't access my insurance information.

no help my insurance directed me to this new app instead of their old one, but after 3 login hoops, it shows my account isn't eligible for insurance and the Contact, Help, and Legal tabs are all blank!!!! it displays my member ID and my dependent's as well, so it's not the wrong app. it just isn't ready at aaaaalllll

I'm also having trouble getting past the login. it opens up and just freezes, not showing anything after entering the verification code. I can't even click on anything.
