takes way to long to load. needed kids cards for an appt, the app didn't load for a good 10 mins. also when switched to this app info was misprinted on their cards.

worst apps I've had to switch too ,wellcare sold out to Carolina complete and now I'm stuck with this garbage app . not for long though Looking into united and blue cross ,not staying with y'all that's for sure !

I just installed the app and I tried to login and it gave me a error message ... several times. The website has the same issue.
