The filter function could be improved. Many results don’t match the selected conditions, and the suggested items often feel irrelevant. This makes the shopping experience less satisfying.

app crashes. I'm using nothing 3a phone and all other apps works fine except central app which hangs and crashes midway

I placed an order with gift wrapping and a note, but I was told there was a system error, so neither the gift wrap nor the note was applied. I contacted support through email, Facebook, and Line, but none of these channels were helpful. Even though the order is still in processing and the seller has not shipped the item yet, they still refused to cancel it. I’ve already paid in full, and this has been a complete disappointment.
