I am unable to connect to my "The 1 Account" as an error message keeps appearing whenever I try to log in. Additionally, I cannot proceed with any purchases because my "shopping bag" always shows as empty, even though I have already clicked on multiple items that I intended to buy. Please fix it!!

Bad point redemption and refund. I tried to purchase online but something was wrong. The system couldn't complete my transaction. And then... The point was gone. the discount coupon was gone. If I want to make another try, I have to buy it full price?!? Call-center told me to wait 48hrs++ for my point to return. Oh....

I placed an order with gift wrapping and a note, but I was told there was a system error, so neither the gift wrap nor the note was applied. I contacted support through email, Facebook, and Line, but none of these channels were helpful. Even though the order is still in processing and the seller has not shipped the item yet, they still refused to cancel it. I’ve already paid in full, and this has been a complete disappointment.
