I am unable to connect to my "The 1 Account" as an error message keeps appearing whenever I try to log in. Additionally, I cannot proceed with any purchases because my "shopping bag" always shows as empty, even though I have already clicked on multiple items that I intended to buy. Please fix it!!

Misrepresenting products in terms of quanity and type via pictures. Orders comes in scatter manners, claiming so consumer doest have to wait. But I did sometime and once one product never arrive. Skincare doesnt show date of production. Less variety. It used to be much better. Really disapointment.

Stock isn't available real time. I have checked before choosing click&collect within 1 hour. Also, the payment has been done. After that around 40 mins, I received the order cancellation with unavailable stock reason. But!!!! the credit card refund will be posted next billing cycle which means I have to pay that amount this month. In addition, a discount code I applied, it can't be used again even though the cancellation was requested by the seller. Poor online service!!
