Just wanted to update to current year and date. Love this app, never had any problems using to communicate with service reps., testing modem, scheduling repair, paying bill, or any of the great benefits offered. Quick, saves time, and always secure. Thanks, CenturyLink. The best and most affordable internet and home phone service anywhere, hands down, from my experiences. Long time subscriber with no regrets.

Updated: They fixed my below issue. Great until it wasn't. I loved the fact I could pause the internet on my children's devices at night so they could sleep. Everything was working great until recently. Now the option in the app to pause/unpause has disappeared and I am unable to activate the internet on their devices, as it seems to be permanent now. I've done troubleshooting, turn off and on, still nothing. Very disappointed.

Horrible app. Has yet to be user friendly over the year and a half I've had it. I finally went out and bought a different router to go in-between this garbage and my family. Life has been easier. Customers want an easy interface, this is horrible. Do yourself a favor, download it, then link it to a much better router. They have a great thing here but refuse to make it work.
