CertFlow is the field app for UK inspection and compliance teams. It connects engineers, inspectors, managers and owners with the jobs, assets and reports in their organisation's CertFlow workspace.

Inspect with a guided workflow

Use your organisation's forms for electrical, lifting, fire, pressure, gas, water and other inspection disciplines. Record asset details and findings, choose Pass, Advisory, Fail or Not tested, add notes and photos, then capture a signature at sign-off.

Keep working without a signal

Assigned jobs, assets and forms are stored on the device. Complete inspections and take photos offline; CertFlow queues the work and syncs it when a connection returns. Certificate numbers and PDF previews become available after the report has synced.

Manage assets in the field

Search the asset register, view inspection history and next-due dates, add assets, or scan a CertFlow QR sticker to open the right record. Scanning or assigning QR stickers and creating a new job require a connection.

Turn field data into traceable records

Completed reports update asset dates and status. Synced reports produce branded certificates that are kept with the relevant asset and can be accessed by authorised users in the CertFlow workspace.

CertFlow is designed for staff at inspection and compliance businesses, including engineers, inspectors, managers and owners. Access requires a CertFlow account and permissions from your organisation. Features available to you depend on your role and your organisation's setup.

CertFlow supports the workflow; inspections and compliance decisions must be completed by appropriately competent people in line with your organisation's procedures and applicable requirements.
