I have been using this for 4 months for my two Spanish Airbnb rental properties. Registration through the Guardia Civil went smoothly, and the data scan from machine-readable ID has worked every time, including examples with Cyrillic script for the documents themselves. A glitch by which the data for the date of document issue were not captured was fixed within a couple of days of my having reported it, and my limited experience of the help chat function has been very positive.

This app provides the easiest solution to registering the arrival of guests. However, in addition to that the personal service provided by the team is second to none. It goes way beyond what you expect from a phone app. The whole process is smooth and works fantastically, with well written and functional software.

I have been using this app for over a year, and it is so easy to use, and it has freed time up for me, I get the guests to check in. Only once have guests failed and that was because they are not use to using their phones.
