With the Ingo® Money App, cash paychecks, business checks, personal checks—almost any type of check—anytime, anywhere. Get your money in minutes in your bank, prepaid card and PayPal accounts. Choose to pay credit card bills, buy an Gift Card* or split a check and fund multiple accounts. If your check is approved, the money is as good as cash and safe to spend on purchases and payments made in-store, online and in Android Pay. Terms and fees apply.

It’s easy to get started. Create your Ingo Money profile right in the app and then link your bank debit card, prepaid card, PayPal account and credit cards. To cash your check, take a photo of the front and back and submit it for review. If your check is approved and your account is funded or your bill is paid, the money is guaranteed. The Ingo Money App may be used by identity-verified customers to cash checks issued on U.S. financial accounts to fund: (1) most debit, prepaid and credit card accounts issued by hundreds of U.S. financial institutions including Chase®, Bank of America®, Citi®, Wells Fargo®, American Express®, U.S. Bank®, PNC Bank®, Capital One®, HSBC Bank USA, TD Bank, Discover®, Synchrony Bank, First Premier® Bank, MetaBank® and The Bancorp Bank; (2) PayPal™, PayPal™ for Business and PayPal™ Prepaid MasterCard® accounts; (3) Gift Cards; and (4) most prepaid cards, including Chase Liquid®, Wells Fargo EasyPay®, Regions Now Card®, BB&T MoneyAccount®, NetSpend®, Green Dot® Prepaid Debit, Walmart MoneyCard®, H&R Block® Emerald Card®, ACE Elite™, RushCard®, AccountNow®, Kroger® 1-2-3 REWARDS® and more. Funds may also be used to pay retail credit card bills from thousands of retailers including Walmart®, Target®, Costco®, Home Depot®, Lowe’s®, BestBuy®, Gap® and Old Navy®. You can also access the Ingo Money service in dozens of mobile banking apps including American Express Serve® and Bluebird by American Express. Ingo Money participates in the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Star®, Pulse®, NYCE® and Maestro® payment networks.

The Ingo Money service is provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card or account. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card or account. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for data usage. Additional transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions may be associated with the funding and use of your card or account. The app is always hard to load. Even when I have a stable connection. Most of the time when I try to load it from my prepaid card account, it takes like three or four trays before it will load and open so I can use the mobile check cashing feature. Plus if you need to speak to someone it damn near impossible to get a hold of anyone. Leave an email no one responds it's frustrating to say the least. Wouldn't use it except it's what my prepaid card company uses.

I find this app. very convenient, easy to use, never have had any issues with the app. what do ever. Although puts me in quite a bit of predicaments due to not accepting the check for some reason or another, and not very descriptive if they don't accept it which can be frustrating. I've been using them almost a year now. Wish they had more promos or maybe customer appreciation days where it is cheaper to cash the checks, but I guess you have to pay for the convenience factor. All in all 👍

Very unreliable. I've used the app to cash checks from the same (employer) source and Suddenly for no reason my check would be refused (many times). Lots of problems with refusal of a very clear picture and I have wasted a lot time retaking photos of the check only to be refused over and over until I gave up. Fees are large. If you let them keep your money for ten days you can avoid the fee. I recently tried to cash a money order which was initially accepted but 10 days later I find that they changed their mind and didn't cash it, no reason given! Also they are supposed to charge a range of different fees for different types of checks but I've always been charged the highest amount no matter what the type of check. They are very poor at communication as well. You will never get a live person. Get yourself a bank account and forget these jokers!
