Can't even get account set up. When trying to enter my birthday the calendar doesn't go passed the 22nd. Customer service said, "we have lots of customers with birthdays between 23nd and 31st. There is nothing wrong with the app. Reinstall the app and try again." I did and the problem persists. After reading other reviews I have decided I'm not comfortable with this company having anything to do with my checking account.
The company needs to get it together. I would like to know what process is used to verify checks or money orders. I think you just flip a coin and choose randomly. Customer Service is pointless. Im told I don't have an account, but yet your app says I am already registered in the system. Get it together!
Used this app a couple of times and had no problems. The last time I used it they had a problem with my pic of voided check and they ended up closing my account saying I was an elevated risk factor. Support was unhelpful and rude. Was typing a response to a question and they told me "I have not recieved a responce so I am disconnecting from chat." I was still typing! Just awful. Had to have my check reissued. Bad hassle.
Check was rejected and instead of an explanation they gave a list of reasons why checks might get rejected. This came a day after they asked me to rate the app and I gave it 5* because I had no reason to think the process didn't work. An app that doesn't work for me is one thing, but an app that dishonesty begs for good reviews gets 1*
I put in all my personal info SSN, Visa Card #, address, e-mail etc. I even took a pic of my check and submitted it, only for them to tell me they couldn't verify my identity. Now I'm worried when I go to my bank to cash it it want work and this is a $1,300 check. Don't waste your time or take a chance with this app like I did. Now I'm worried about my money and my identity because they now have my info.
Guys I have been a member of Ingo for a few years as of recent I received a notification saying my account was closed with no real reason. After contacting my sister who works for the FBI in Orange county she is contacting the DA as well as the better business bureau to see if they have received multiple complaints. If they have a class action lawsuit will follow. Stay tuned.
