App keeps crashing, freezing, and not working properly. Also once you win a level can't move on to the next round. The videos aren't playing at all the listening podcast works but the videos and games freeze constantly and eventually don't work at all. I had to close the app entirely many times and it's still not working . I closed it at over 10 times definitely needs improvements to run more efficiently.

Crashing, freezing, not working. I try the dance game and there are no instructions, but nothing works. Not sure if I am supposed to just watch a cow dance or am I supposed to do something. Touching the screen does nothing. I try to play a different game and it crashes. I go back in to watch videos and nothing is clickable any longer. I want to like this app, but it won't work.

Great content, horrible app. We've enjoyed evergreen hills and hidden Island as a family. But using this app is a nightmare. It crashes all the time and has to go through long buggy animations each time the app loads again and it doesn't even remember my spot. I wish the content was available on a different platform. I just want to open the app and find the content instantly. I'd rather use a command prompt to play my media than this app.
