There seems to be an issue with the app functioning correctly when transferring information to the McDonald's franchise that is closest to me. 1st time I ended up wasting the 8 dollars. This was a year ago. Today, I assumed you all made improvements....but no. It happened again today, except I was able to back track and get it resubmitted. (I will be checking to make sure I wasn't charged twice.)

this app CONSISTENTLY places my order at the further location when two McDonald's are nearby and I am placing my order in the parking lot. Even after I select the correct address, at some point, the app decides to change the address. There is no option to edit or change address after the order has been placed so I always have to drive 10 minutes to ANOTHER McDonald's despite being in the parking lot for one.

The app"was"convenient, fast, and I appreciated the deals.That has since changed. I'm required to uninstall and re-download just to clear my previous order and have lost out on $32. There's the issue of being unable to add my gift cards to the app making it impossible to use both. The most upsetting is shakes are NEVER available in the PM.I'm told the"machine is down." The AM, no prob. My child is battling cancer & shakes are all he can keep down, it would be nice to get one when he wants one!
