It's nice to be able to place a mobile order and to use rewards/deals. However, lately I can't even check in for curbside pickup when I need to pick up said order, causing me to have to either go inside (which is impossible if they have their doors locked) or wait in an incredibly long line which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup on my way to work.

This app is annoying. It defaults to the closest location instead of your favorite so you have to change it to your favorite every time. The closest location to me is the opposite way home from work so it should default to what you tell it is the one you want. Then during your time in the app adding to your order it continually comes up and says something about the location and you have to keep telling it the location you want. If we pick it once we shouldn't have to again. Frustrating!!!!!!

Tried to open my app to use at drive thru. It wouldn't open, had to try through email, which still didn't work. Lost everything. Very concerned because my credit card info was in the app to make purchases, also lost over 54,000 points. Had to uninstall and reinstall and still lost everything. Still unable to retrieve and open original app account. Email was sent to Jump Back In and it's still not working. It seems I have a new app with 0 points.
