very poor connection on the aio-6 and sim and no support from chigee on this issue

cannot view recordings using samsung fold 4 despite latest update..can resolve this?. im using AIO-6 lte chigee

Using app with AIO-6 LTE, all described working well except geofence set cannot be visible in the list. UPDATE: Now geofence working well.
