Ratings and reviews

The app is fine for talking to the doctor. It is a split screen, split half and half versus others where the doctor takes up most of the screen and you're a small picture in the corner. The sound was very clear as well as the picture quality, which may depend on the phone's quality. At first I thought I would like a full screen of the doctor, but as we went along I realized it wasn't really a problem. When you can't see the doctor, this is better than a phone call.

I always have wonderful experiences on this app. I'm always taken care of in a timely manner and receive the care I would expect from my own PCP. The physicians I have seen have been thorough and very helpful. This is so much easier than driving to my PCP's office for non "critical" things.

Amazingly wonderful! If it wasn't for these virtual visits we would miss more appointments than we already do. With 4 kids and rules being there can only be 1 parent with the child going to the Dr, it makes it difficult to get to the clinic. It is so easy to use and makes life a lot more manageable.
