Ratings and reviews

CHIME is one of the least effective systems I’ve ever had to use. It tells you nothing meaningful about the work actually being done, adds unnecessary admin burden, and creates frustration for permanent staff who already have established processes. Our work place ran smoothly and efficiently without CHIME, but this feels like a product sold without any real understanding of how our business operates. Instead of improving productivity, it wastes valuable time and delivers very little in return
