Mind-LOG is a program that helps understand and correct distorted cognition, automatic thinking, emotional reactions, and behavioral patterns based on the cognitive behavioral model. Through the app, users can write a mood log and a thought log every day, and based on this, modify their automatic thoughts to develop more positive cognitive patterns. The app helps users look at their thoughts and feelings objectively, create a positive coping plan, and provides the ability to receive feedback from a counselor when needed.
