We take your privacy very seriously. OCD is a very sensitive and personal disorder. As OCD sufferers ourselves, we know that from our personal experience. All your personal data is encrypted and securely protected, meaning we NEVER "read" what you write. Ever.

I’m Brian and my life was turned upside down 10 years ago when I got stuck on my first intrusive thought. It’s been a long battle since then, but now I’m on a mission to make OCD treatment should be accessible and affordable to everyone.

I originally left one star because of tech glitches, but I reached out to the maker of the app and he was so gracious, fixed the issue, reimbursed me for my free trial and gave me 2 months of free access to the app. I love that it's set up like a little friendly companion. The exercises and prompts have been super simple to follow and I find that I'm getting less wrapped up in the details of explaining since the bot already comes with OCD knowledge.

love the app. it has bugs occasionally, but it's amazing overall. the chatbot has a bit of personality as well which makes it feel less robotic. it even called me out on some stuff I was being evasive about. lol I'm very impressed with it. it's made a significant difference in how I handle my OCD. it does want a subscription through the app store, but for me it was worth it. if you're actually suffering from OCD this is something you should probably have.

As someone who's never had access to therapy, this app is a genuine life saver. I've struggled with ROCD for years and was never given the opportunity to treat it, but now I have so many tools to regulate and manage the patterns that once absolutely took over my life! I've improved so much since I started using this app, it feels unreal. The only downside is that it can be pretty buggy from time to time, but overall, if you can't go to therapy- this is truly the next best thing.
