it is missing so many menu items. I have to go in person to order what I want making this app useless.

I typically do not like 3rd party developers as they tend to data mine. They refer to your information as an asset to be transferred if the business is sold. It is not theirs, they need to disclose new terms for data usage and have us agree should ownership of the company change. Also, the app doesn't work and requires information like your Birthday. While I can appreciate maybe a free Birthday coffee, I have no desire to enter information when policy is bad. Can't make an account and log in.

unable to place order. tried multiple times over months. disappointing as drive thru line normally very long.
