the worst banking app ever. Interface looks like built in the 90s, the transfer receipt does not show amount transferred so what's the point when we send to the payee but the amount cannot be shown. So many lousy issues and yet CIMB decides that whenever a new company registers, we have to start with this lousy app first before we are migrated to the new Octo biz app, which is also lousy but at least better than this brick of an app.

Very bad app. Cant open the app as it keeps crashing. Happened many times. Tried to restart phone-failed also. Tried uninstall and reinstall-failed also. Called customer support. Until todate, no one could help. Totally disappointed with CIMB😡😡😡

This app isn't customer friendly. I had to search and learn just to view a bank statement in the app. Then, there's the time limit. I have to type all the bank account details and the payment details very fast before the app sends me back to the login page. I tried multiple times, and at last I simply gave up.😪 Please fix these issues ya. Thanks.🕊️
