App & web Interface is quite user-unfriendly, difficult to delete even recurring payment as there's alot of steps to do so. Need to use 2 different account & tokens to make 1 single transaction & action. Only good point is the low fee. Transaction page also hangs alot till I had to use my other UOB SME account for business payments instead, cos it's much easier & seamless.

I have to resend so many notifications just to make 1 transaction. Sometimes, it takes to 30 minutes. Really terribke user experience

Bad. Very bad. Recently very slow to log in and most of the time the page suddenly went off during attempt to log in.
