Absolutely horrible. The Sg Clicks system needs to a lot improvement compared to the Malaysia version. 2FA instructions are not very clear. 27/11 Update: App doesn't even start now. 23/1/2024: what is this new nonsense about changing passwords requiring us to go to a branch. Get the app updated to do all these please. After using it for more than 2 years it's still absolutely rubbish. Why are you giving warnings about other apps on the phone, for privacy reasons you should not be doing this.

Good banking app. Even if the UI is called outdated by some reviewers, the functionalities are all working fine and fast to load and to navigate, and that's important to me! After all, banking doesn't need a super nice eye candy. Please improve exiting the app by using a double back button tap/swipe when not logged in. It's way better than killing the app every time. Thanks!

New anti-scam feature is way too sensitive relative to other banks app, flagging up non-malicious 3rd party apps. Please refine the blacklist or allow users to accept the risks and provide a bypass after signing a waiver etc.

Better than ever -
1. New anti-scam security feature to safeguard your account. If you have downloaded an app from unknown sources or if we have detected potentially unauthorised screen-sharing on your device, a warning message will pop up on the screen. Follow the instructions on the screen before continuing to use CIMB app.
2. Link your account to receive PayNow transfer via Foreign Identification Number (FIN).
3. Easily identify which account to use for Pay and Transfer with the name chosen.
