Subscription double charged. I switched phones logged back into my account restored my subscription only to continue to get errors unable to cast due to not being subscribed. I was just charged the monthly fee 7.01.26 and had plans to upgrade to yearly once signed in. I had to pay again just to watch ad free even though I already had! I have tried to find info for customer service without luck. If I'm not refunded my second fee I will cancel before 8.01.26.

Infuriating !!! I subscribe to the monthly version of this app and a while later it automatically charged me for a Year's subscription which I do not have the funds to cover I am currently out of work due to an injury and im a single mother of 2 on very low income they need to return the funds to me for the year subscription as soon as possible. but of course I. already jumping through hoops please help me out if you have even a shed of decency!

This app was top of the line for years! I paid the yearly price gladly . But now???? They do not provide any form of customer support. The ignore messages you send within the app. And you have no way to be refunded or cancel your subscription. DON'T DO IT. All they want is your money and give not one damn how the service is working for you.
