Each time I have made a request, the item was addressed very timely. The down tree today was addressed within 30 minutes.

This app is a wonderful idea! It frees up city workers from constantly having to answer the phone for reported problems. They can check the app for new issues at their convenience, in my opinion, making the system run more efficiently.
