Did they release this app in Beta? CitySourced has experience creating these apps for other cities. This one has a lot of Chinese characters and missing symbols. Still usable, I presume, but if they didn't catch obvious bugs in plain sight, what else is lurking inside. As a software professional this worries me.

App keeps force closing even after uninstall/reinstall and updating. It use to be a great to let the city know about issues but unfortunately now the app is unusable.

App stopped working a month ago. Tech support closed my support ticket without resolution but the app still doesn't work. Useless.
