Did they release this app in Beta? CitySourced has experience creating these apps for other cities. This one has a lot of Chinese characters and missing symbols. Still usable, I presume, but if they didn't catch obvious bugs in plain sight, what else is lurking inside. As a software professional this worries me.

Couldn't even get it to open up. Installed, nothing, un-installed, installed again, nothing, un-installed.

Just like the City of Knoxville, this app is barely functional on a good day.
