Ratings and reviews

The app is organized in a really unintuitive way (why do you have to go to "Make A Request" to find requests you've already made?) and it doesn't seem like it's getting checked very often. Not only do months go by without reported issues being addressed, there's no response to attempts to follow up through the app, and I have to end up calling the village anyway. Might as well, just save my time and call them in the first place.

When it worked, it was very helpful, but it started crashing each time I tried to open the app last year on my Moto G6 android v.10. It's doing the same thing on my new Samsung android v.14 too. Can't use it at all.

When trying to create a new request. App always crashes. Pixel 8 Pro.
