Home Services

Users can request services from independent home-service providers available through CLAPTTO. After a provider accepts a request, the provider is responsible for attending the customer location and performing the selected service.

Customers generally pay the home-service provider directly after the service is completed, unless a different payment flow is specifically shown in the app.

Doctor and Hospital Appointments

CLAPTTO allows patients to discover nearby doctors, hospitals and clinics and request in-person appointments at participating healthcare facilities.

Medical examination, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, tests, procedures, medicines and other healthcare services are provided independently by the selected doctor, hospital, clinic or healthcare professional.

CLAPTTO is not an emergency medical service and should not be used for emergency care.

Privacy and Permissions

CLAPTTO may use location to show nearby providers, doctors, hospitals and clinics. Notifications may be used for login or OTP messages, booking and order updates, appointment reminders, service-status updates, support responses and important account communications.

CLAPTTO is operated by Blezo Software Solutions Private Limited. The platform connects users with independent service and healthcare providers and does not itself provide the underlying home services or medical treatment.
