I want to like this app. But as someone that tests software & apps for a living, this update is just laughable. I can no longer log routines in a meaningful way. The individual routines no longer update even if the device is connected, and logging a routine manually does not update the routines. What is the point of having a smart device if I can't use it for tracking? This is basic stuff that was working in the old app. So disappointing.

Hey Nicole, sorry you are having issues with the app. It is possible that there is confusion between the device and app over bluetooth. I suggest you unpair your device through the app and then delete it through your phone's bluetooth. Then re-sync it through the app. This should resolve the issue. Or contact us at support@support.clarisonic.com

It was great for about a month... Until I realized all my personalized routines disappeared and I was only left with the general options, and no way to save them or view them. I'm not sure if it's because of the shutdown of the company but I bought a "smart device" that only works on the general cleanse setting now. Very disappointed.

"This is frustrating, clarisonic goes to sleep- make sure the power button is on" is what you"ll see when trying to connect the overpriced "smart device" to a badly developed, untested app. It translates to "we're trying to sympathize with you but if we really cared we'd invest in upgraded tech that works." TO CONNECT: Move away from all other bluetooth devices and bluetooth scan from your phone setings and the app simultaneously. This is how I connected (after wasting 35 minutes with the app)

Hello Whittney, hopefully recent updates have resolved this issue. If you are still having syncing issues please 1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest release 2. Delete the device in the app under the Product Shelf page 3. Delete the device in your Bluetooth settings on your phone 4. Re-pair your device to the app on the Product Shelf page
