As any other people this app is only trash bloatware, even if I force uninstall the app using root access and it keeps reinstalling again, and the apks are also protected. =•= Como cualquier otra persona, esta aplicación es solo bloatware basura, incluso si fuerzo la desinstalación de la aplicación usando el acceso de root y se reinstala nuevamente, y los apk también están protegidos.

I literally don't need this app for nothing. I cannot give 0 stars, hence rating with 1. Whatever I need to do with my phone services provider can be done through the website, contacting customer service or going to a store. Is just stealing ROM in my phone. HATE IT.

Terrible! I changed carriers but can not get rid of Claro's apps. It's like an Annabelle's horror movie. You can't get rid of it.
