Ratings and reviews

I use my app daily. Should I say use too! Now I "can not" even log in 8 out of 10 times. Keeps telling me my information is wrong and locks me out. I call support and they tell me that it doesn't show on their end. Also that they will check In to it and give me a call back which they never do!! I cant see everything on my account. This new update is terrible so is customer service.

Class Act is a five-star financial institution with the best customer service I've ever encountered. But the app is a little bit clunky and it's not always easy to find the information I need (sometimes because you can only get that info by calling or stopping by a branch). Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience as a customer, and I highly recommend Class Act if you want to feel more like a human and less like an account number.

Nice but, I liked the last update. The one thing I really liked was choosing what to see in the snapshot. Now that's gone. If I hide the account it hides it in the whole account even when fully logged in. I don't want prying eyes to see everything if I just wanted to take a quick peek at my certain accounts.
