Ratings and reviews

The app could be amazing, but when you are supposed to clock into and out of work on the app and you can't do it because the app can't find your location or suddenly freezes, which makes you clocking in and out late, on a regular basis, it is not good. There are certain client homes I dread going to because of the battle with the app.

I am not able to clock out because I click the arrows and nothing happens. I have to keep calling the office. If I click NO that I didn't do something, I can't type in the reason because the screen jumps all over the place. When I try to see the open shifts, there is nothing there half the time. I have to close the app and reopen it several times.

It randomly doesn't let me log on and this is how I clock in and out at work. so that is not cool. it'll say im 422 meters away, when I'm standing in my clients home. It doesn't show us our password as we type it,doesn't auto correct, doesn't let us stay logged in, even in the same shift! I have to keep reentering my password. when making corrections in the comment sections, correcting is so hard! it's like using the " insert" key on the computer, the letters get scrambled, takes 20 extra min!

What’s new

Starting with this release, mobile versioning moves from the legacy 4.x scheme (e.g., 4.4, 4.5) to a year.month format (26.7). This aligns mobile release naming with the broader WSPC release convention.
