It randomly doesn't let me log on and this is how I clock in and out at work. so that is not cool. it'll say im 422 meters away, when I'm standing in my clients home. It doesn't show us our password as we type it,doesn't auto correct, doesn't let us stay logged in, even in the same shift! I have to keep reentering my password. when making corrections in the comment sections, correcting is so hard! it's like using the " insert" key on the computer, the letters get scrambled, takes 20 extra min!

Log in and out issues all the time. (update) April 3, 2026 Within the past hour I had uninstal and download the app to get it to work 3 times. Gets stuck trying to log in at "authenticating". When that happens I have to uninstall to get it to work. Location errors all the time. Sometimes saying I'm not near the location when im in the location. I will say it's a good app when it works. Simple and easy to use but. These errors are messing with peoples time and money.

I hate this app!!!! it never works right and I always start my day off frustrated and ready to scream because the easiest part, clocking in, is always a glitchy nightmare. Sometimes I have to delete and reinstall it and reset my password and close it multiple times. WORK RIGHT Editing to add again how much I hate this app because I just had to delete and reinstall it again to even have a chance of clocking in today
