Wow! If this app represents the Clear experience, I may ask for my money back. Adding a flight results in "Oops, something went wrong, try again later". Yes something did go wrong, quite possibly the thing that went wrong was me signing up for this service. This app doesn't do much, so I would expect all of the functionality to be perfect. Sadly it's not. Well, based on the Dev's reply, there's more issues. I added a flight for August, it's July 9th today. That's a little more than 12 hours.

Service does NOT get you through the airport any faster than the regular security line. About half of the time I have used the clear line it has been slower than the regular security line. It has not been fast one time. Considered how expensive this service it I would call this whole thing a scam. They also make it very difficult to cancel and the entire process of cancelling from inside the app needs to be redesigned. Do not sign up, you will regret it.

the clear service is a joke. I don't think I've ever been through security with this service faster than the general security line. not once. and then half the time the scanners don't even work and the person standing there just perpetually fiddles with it wasting even more time. so you're paying to go through security exponentially slower. multiple times I've been through the airport with friends who go through general security and they are through and sitting waiting on us to go through clear.
