No longer works. When I try to look at my Project List, nothing turns up. I use my laptop and a browser, I can see my project list. When I search for an item, nothing gets found. I cleared data, cache, and removed the app. when I installed it again, I cannot log in, says I should try again later. It has become a real disappointment.

I love Menards, but the app is horrible. It is always glitching out. The search doesn't work half the time, always says there's an error, or trying to find something in plumbing and will say error, I can't use the app. Now every time I press back it exits out of the app. Now I'm to the point where I'd rather shop somewhere else. I'm consistently on the go so the app is kind of vital for me. I thought it was my phone, but I just switched from iPhone to Google pixel, and the same thing happens.

very easy process to order, pay and then pick up 5 days later. I miss the early days of parking in the back at the pick up desk, getting your item and heading out. New policy has you park in front, walk through the store to the pick up counter in the far back, carry your item back to the front, wait in line to show your purchase receipt and then head out to your car. Someone in Marketing came up with this process to keep you in the store longer
