it was ridiculous checking out! automatically added on delivery charge, had to go back and do it all over again for pickup! I put my address in, gave me a list to choose from and mine wasn't on the list, it skipped me out I had to do it all over again! is skipped me out 3 more times, I might have hit the space key and each time, had to do it all over again!!! MAKE YOUR SITE USER FRIENDLY PITA!!!

I love Menards, but the app is horrible. It is always glitching out. The search doesn't work half the time, always says there's an error, or trying to find something in plumbing and will say error, I can't use the app. Now every time I press back it exits out of the app. Now I'm to the point where I'd rather shop somewhere else. I'm consistently on the go so the app is kind of vital for me. I thought it was my phone, but I just switched from iPhone to Google pixel, and the same thing happens.

I was price gouged for delivery! Very unhappy. My only option was a whopping $10.00 delivery fee (for today delivery) and several other fees for a $3.00 item. It would not let me choose standard shipping., etc. I don't need this item today! This will be the last time I will be getting delivery from this store until they fix their shipping requirements and options.
