Ratings and reviews

No longer works. When I try to look at my Project List, nothing turns up. I use my laptop and a browser, I can see my project list. When I search for an item, nothing gets found. I cleared data, cache, and removed the app. when I installed it again, I cannot log in, says I should try again later. It has become a real disappointment.

Great store with the most ridiculous pricing policy on the planet. When you buy you can apply for a rebate using a very cumbersome process. I don't go to Menards for this reason despite them having a great selection of products and comparable prices to other merchants. The rebate shenanigans are a gimmick to make prices look lower and maybe you won't claim the rebate (which is not cash, it has to be applied to a future purchase), thereby boosting their profits at our expense.

I love their service. I love that when there's a problem they address it immediately & WITH the customer in mind. They have MANY departments to purchase from that there is no way you can't find what you're looking for & even IF they don't have it they'll try their absolute BEST to get it or something of a simular product for you. Plus, they have SO many specials & discounts that there's really no competition or comparing of prices because they always have the better deals.
