Service does NOT get you through the airport any faster than the regular security line. About half of the time I have used the clear line it has been slower than the regular security line. It has not been fast one time. Considered how expensive this service it I would call this whole thing a scam. They also make it very difficult to cancel and the entire process of cancelling from inside the app needs to be redesigned. Do not sign up, you will regret it.

I feel like this was a bait and switch. When we first signed up we were efficiently led through a long check-in process and it saved time. Today, in Atlanta, we were sent to the basement for the clear line and almost missed our flight because the process was so slow. The passengers going through the normal line were faster. So I give you tons of biometric data for a slower experience? Will not be renewing.

App is fine, but the service itself is generally worthless. TSA pre check alone is faster at most locations. They need to fix their technology and staff appropriately. I don't see the benefit. I have to show my ID and get an eye scan, and they take up more time trying to enroll me in their upgraded system every time I go through. Save your money and skip it.
