With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:
• Email your doctor’s office or Member Services with nonurgent questions
• Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments and see information about past visits
• Fill or refill most prescriptions, check the status of a prescription order, and see a list of all your medications
• View your medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and most lab test results
• Choose a doctor by browsing our online doctor profiles
• Find facilities and pharmacies near you
• Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person
• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available

To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

Only wants to work whenever you use it the first time you use the app for the day. When you have an appointment or refresh it the app crashes. Also the fact that you cannot swipe away certain banners, and if you do it crashes... so frustrating. *update* Do Not use the biometric finger print. I understand it's convenient, but it causes more errors or "unable to log in at this time" messages

Constant error messages, inconsistent data from one screen to the next ("no payment info saved to pay for this prescription" but when I go to add a card, 2 are already in there), a form wouldn't validate because there was a space after my first name, which seems like an easy thing to fix. If I had any other options at all, I wouldn't use this app. EDIT: After the developer responded, I followed up by email like they asked. Over a month later, I still haven't gotten a response.

Works ok, but programmed to do things but shouldn't do. I was able to schedule a lab appointment, but didn't have a referral, so it was invalid when I got there. Also, it's not even the app it was. (Gave it 3 stars before remembering this) The recent update seems to make it just a portal to the website. It no longer has the capability to remember username which is horrible because I don't have that capability either. Why reduce the convenience?
