With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:

• View your medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and most lab test results
• Choose a doctor by browsing our online doctor profiles

• Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person
• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available

Ratings and reviews

So I like the idea of this app. My major issue is... this sight is just not easy to navigate. Trying to find info from past appointments, is really different. I'm clicking here, clicking there back and forth until I find it. Also, finding past scheduled appointments is not an option. I had to cancel and appointment. When I went looking g fir that to reschedule it was no where to be found. It just should not be that difficult to find these things.

Buggy, slow, and unorganized. The app can take MINITES to load pagesand often fails. So buggy it's hard to use. An example: try to pay a bill, but after putting in all my Credit Card info, you can only click two buttons "Back" and "Cancel". They both do the same thing and cancel the payment! Info in the app is often wrong or not updated. I've at least gotten lab results back quickly through the app.

I've used the KP app since 2019, and the user interface has improved in so many subtle ways. It's never so different that it makes the app difficult to use, but it always generates a slightly more positive user experience. When I first began using the app, it felt outdated and obsolete. Over time, it's become an incredibly streamlined, user-friendly experience! Keep doing what you're doing (:
