Ratings and reviews

Well, it's kinda working now but it's still pretty useless. It only shows very limited info cause if I try to get "deeper" info it just "loads" and doesn't go beyond a spinning "arrow". Just had a phone appt. I wanted to review the Dr notes/summary but after clicking "past appts" is just "unending loads" and nothing else. When ordering prescriptions it doesn't display cost but you must enter payment info to place an order?? Absolutely pointless app.

Inaccurate hours for locations and no direct numbers to locations that you have appointments for. Not helpful for people with individual appts that WERE FORCED TO BE SET IN THE MORNING. Only good thing is the pharmacy system for my prescription. Update: Now I have to pay more for a service that's only getting worse. I love being on the phone with a looping menu. Awful service, awful app. I can't say awful "people", but my Neurologist is very awful. If you can afford something else DO IT.

This app, and the website, on Android, have always been painfully disorganized, deathly slow. Now after spending 3 weeks trying to get one of them to work without "we are experiencing technical difficulties" to order a prescription refill I'm now almost out of, I have to enter my credit card, and the box for "year" just shows "year"! No way to input a date. And lower down on the page, there's a disclaimer or something that stops in mid-sentence! Do Better. You are HEALTH CARE. Act like it!
