Test Results and prescription refill cost I have not been able to get test results on the app. I have to go to the full site in order to get them. When I order a refill, I would like to see what my card is going to be charged. I don't like surprises that end up taking all the money I have in the bank!
Can't see test results, appointments, or refill perscriptions It's basically an email app for Kaiser. Would love it if these bugs were fixed.
Good ideas but doesn't work I finally downloaded the newer version and I'm rather irritated with all the bugs. I can't see test results and it will not let me look at upcoming appointments. I can however send a msg which that function will not work on my phone on the regular or mobile site. I wish either the kp site or the app worked for everything. Just fix one so we don't have to jump around all the time. I'm an android user so not sure if it's better for iPhone
It's slow The app is very slow and I can't view my appointment details. U have an appointment on the 27th and it hasn't sent out a reminder email or anything plus being that I can't see the appointment I made I can't get the address. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!
Eh, it's okay. I can't seem to get my appointments to come up. It doesn't matter whether I update the app or even uninstall and then reinstall it. That's the main reason I downloaded the app because I'm always on the go. I don't always have access to a desktop computer. Please fix :)
Still Unbelievably bad. Major dysfunction. This .app could be hazardous to your health. Avoid. The latest deal breaker is DOUBLE CREDENTIALS DEMAND. First, you sign in to get the app function menu. Then select a function (such as send a message). Then when you attempt to commit (send message, finalize order, etc.) the app demands another login, and you lose the data you entrred. The app is excruciating slow as well. It should not have been released.
