With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily:
• Email your doctor’s office or Member Services with nonurgent questions
• Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments and see information about past visits
• Fill or refill most prescriptions, check the status of a prescription order, and see a list of all your medications
• View your medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and most lab test results
• Choose a doctor by browsing our online doctor profiles
• Find facilities and pharmacies near you
• Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person
• Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more
• Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available
• Turn healthy habits into rewards. Check your eligibility, enroll in Kaiser Permanente Rewards, and start earning. Optional permissions for earning rewards:
Steps – Used to verify your walking challenges and number of steps
Exercise – Used to verify completed workouts.
Sleep – Used to verify sleep challenges that you enroll in.
Meditation – Used to verify mindfulness activities you choose to participate in.

To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

Another brainless US developer. Do they check those apps for user-friendly functions. Reset password not working, asking me random question that I never set. I am still logged in but can't change password. Trying to add credit card when I click add nothing happenns.. horrible experience.. The should hire EU developers! Or hopefully ai will take over. 30 min hold time just to update your credit card on file. Should take 2 minutes if the app would be working

It works well for some things. I like being able to see all the doctors notes and appointment info. The appointment making feature could use some work though. i couldn't get any available appointments for any primary care physicians I tried to select, eventually just had to call and have them set me up with one. Its also missing the ability to schedule a health class. KP staff have instructed me to use the app the schedule it, but it is not a listed option when making an appointment.

What’s new
