I don't have the option to view my insurance card through the app. My dashboard is missing the green icon on the bottom right, and I haven't been able to find any reference to it anywhere. In addition, the app crashes on a fairly regular basis. This happens while performing a variety of actions, but most often while trying to write an email.
When trying to make an appointment, clicking more than one radio button to select the different locations of the primary Dr. results in no options being shown. It seems that the app is looking for an appointment that has all 3 locations (none) instead of an available appointment at any of the 3 locations. App seems to completely ignore the "preferred date" option. Also, the availability of the Dr.s through the app is different than through calling the number. No appointments for the next month vs several options in the next couple days. Every time I tried to make an appointment through the app, it said "mobile service not available at this time", but waits until you've gone through all the frustrating steps first. Maybe other parts of the app work well, but making an appointment shouldn't even be an option until it's fixed. There should just be a message that says "call member services, we haven't figured out how to write an app yet that makes appointments."
Took 3 attempts and multiple layers of craps to deal with to get any appointment actually scheduled
So slow and does not recognize password. Takes forever to log in. Waste of time.

Kaiser is the best!! I have NEVER recieved this type of care from ALL the employees!! I will NEVER goto another insurance. Kaiser is AMAZING!!! Extremely transgender inclusive and trans friendly!!!
