Very motivating I like that it's gradual so you don't dread using the bathroom, but your legs are sore enough to know you've worked them. Great app!
Misleading. At first I was excited but after downloading learned you have to purchase to get past week 2. Very disappointed.
False advertising! The app leads you to believe it will take you from 0 to 100 squats but after a few days it requires you to buy the pro version to keep going. Far from 100 squats!
