Quality has fallen through the floor. I have used this app for years, even run through the program twice, to sprint during the fast intervals and jog during the slow... In the last year or so, quality has declined greatly. The 'coach' seems to forget about you. When I know for a fact the next run is in ome minute, she (shout out Gina Grad, your voice is on a poorly maintained app) she won't actually prompt again for up to five minutes. This app is a timer that can't tell time. Useless.

Edit: 9 months later and no fixes for location tracking at all. I would recommend another app if that matters to you. Very happy with the runs and pacing. However, the app does not accurately track your location and route on many, if not most, runs, leaving you without solid info on your runs. I've made sure data and high accuracy location tracking are on but still not accurate.

I'm finally improving at running! On week 5 right now and didn't get stuck anywhere so far. Week 4 was grueling to me, but I dutifully ran every minute that it told me to run even when my heart rate was 195 bpm. Make sure to eat protein after and drink plenty of water after runs to strengthen your muscles. It works with the Libby app, so you can listen to audiobooks while running! GPS glitches occasionally, but mostly correct. Minus 1 star for not having guided stretching at the end of runs.
