It would be a great app if the audio cues were consistent. They work most of the time, but in my first three sessions, it skipped audio cues 1-3 times per session. I would wonder why an interval seemed to be too long, and when I looked at my phone, it would show that I was well into and almost complete with the next interval. I would rather not have to pull my phone out of my pocket or hold it in my hand to visually check for the countdowns and whether or not I'm on a walk or run interval...

Perfect simple little app to get your steps in and you can set the pace to match wherever you're coming from fitness-wise. Personally, I'm using it as a "power walk" app more than a running app because I'm just not in the right condition to be running just yet, and the app does a good job giving me intervals without making me feel guilty about not going far/fast enough. I turn off the talking so it just beeps when it's time to change intervals and that works great with listening to music.

Can't believe I paid for this garbage app. Total fails to give any prompts once the screen locks, which of course it does when I'm running. I changed all the power management settings for the phone and app, and still only get a prompt if i turn the screen on while waiting for a prompt. "Run double" is ugly to look at, but works just fine. No real settings in the app, total waste of money
