CatColony helps TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) volunteers and colony caretakers keep track of every cat they look after — and lets casual cat-watchers log the strays they see around the neighborhood.

WHAT IT DOES
• Track each cat: photo, name, sex, age, coat and markings
• Record ear-tip status with your clinic's left- or right-ear convention
• Log spay/neuter status and dates, microchip IDs and vaccination due dates
• Keep a full medical history per cat — vaccines, surgeries, treatments, vet, cost
• Add behavior and health observations over time
• Group cats into colonies with location, feeder and establishment date
• Log feeding: wet/dry amounts, water refills, who fed and when
• Run trapping campaigns with a step-by-step event timeline
• See colony stats: ear-tip %, spay %, vaccination status and feeding cost
• Export a cat's medical history as a PDF to bring to the vet
• Get reminders when a cat is due for vaccination
• Share a colony with other feeders using an invite code
