About this app

RepairProof is a fast, offline intake and collection log for solo phone, tablet, laptop and games-console repair technicians. Book a device in, document its condition, and hand the customer a branded PDF receipt — in about thirty seconds.

WHAT IT DOES
• Quick intake — customer and device details, reported fault, and a quoted price in a few taps.
• Functional-state checklist — mark what works, what's faulty, and what's untested at drop-off (screen, touch, cameras, charging, Wi-Fi, audio and more; fully customisable).
• Before and after photos — separate, timestamped intake and collection photo sets so the device's condition is clear at every stage.
• Device condition diagram — tap a device outline to mark pre-existing cracks, scratches, dents, dead pixels or liquid damage.
• Accessories received — record the case, SIM tray, charger, cable and box handed in.
• Your own terms, signed — present your shop's own terms and capture the customer's signature on the device. A required "backup offered" record documents the data-loss conversation.
• Branded PDF receipts — an intake receipt and, on pickup, a collection receipt with your logo, the condition record, checklist, photos and signatures. Share or email in one tap.
• IMEI / serial — type it in or scan the barcode from the box.
• Secure passcode field — an optional device passcode is encrypted in the Android Keystore and automatically erased when the ticket is collected. It is never included in any PDF.
• Search and filter your whole history by status, device or customer.
• Works fully offline — no account, no sign-up. Your records stay on your device.
