Terrible experience with Cleartrip. I had booked two hotel rooms for my family, but when we reached the hotel in the evening they said there was no reservation. Customer care promised an alternative hotel but after hours of waiting they couldn’t arrange anything. I was stranded at night with my parents and had to book another hotel myself through a different app. Very unreliable service. I would strongly advise avoiding this platform.

worst experience ever! Dear customer if you are using it away have some alternative they did not provide room after your hotel reach. I recently had an exam and I wondered around 5 hours due to their services. Avoid it if you are reaching late. Because they only mail your cancelled tickets and don't even make a call till you reach the hotel.

Do not book flights from Cleartrip. It is not completely regulated by DGCA. An initial discount does give the notion of getting tickets at a slightly better price, however, if You ever have to cancel then Cleartrip will charge its own convenience fees which is upto Rs.2000 for a ticket of approximately 10k and these charges are additional to those being charged by the airline. For Hotels, yes maybe, flights definitely go for other apps or directly from airline websites with similar pricing.
