This App still needs help, and there is supposed to be a place to leave feedback, but after you enter your comment, there is no save/send button, so I guess they don't really want feedback. I believe the app needs to allow you to respond to an outage alert, if your power is still on and Not out. This has happened to me a few times.. and usually by the next day, my phantom outage is gone. I thought we all had smart meters that communicated with their system.. add this feature.

Handy for making payments, except for when it doesn't let you log in. It needed an update (again) and then proceeded to have me log in with my password, have to send a code ANYWAYS, input the code, then make me log in a second time just to freeze on the main screen. Multiple times in a row by the way. Consumers PLEASE fix this and for the love of my sanity stop requiring an update every single time I try to open the app.

The app has went from a 1 to 4. It still logs me out more than I like but that is OK. My gripe now is with logging back in. It asks if you want to verify with password, email or text. If I choose text verification and have enabled biometrics, why ask also for the password? How much logging in do you want from me to pay a bill?! lol! I don't remember that damn password, lol! Don't give me an option, I select it and then you still choose for me.
