you need to work on the app where when you have set up a payment assistance plan, and your customer pays it in full early, you shouldn't keep pulling the funds. the system should see that the account is at zero and automatically cancel the plan. Instead it's still pulling and now my checking account is in the negative. FIX THE APP AND FIX YOUR SYSTEM!

There are too many power outages in Sanford. The new notification system is terrible. The one previous was very good. It's not easy to get updates or get timely notifications that you have lost power. I wish I had a different option to consumers energy. CE always asks for rate increases, more money, it certainly doesn't to appear to be for making sure people don't lose power.

Glad I can pay my bill by using the app every month instead of it being paid automatically like it used to be before Consumers Energy took away the ability to pay automatically via credit card. I don't want banking details saved in another site that doesn't need them and could put a bank account at risk in a data breach instead of just an easily replaced card. 3 stars for the "convenience" to pay quickly by app. -2 stars that I can't autopay by credit now, and for the additional fee also.
