Cloud Security is CMX Tecnologia's corporate cloud file storage solution. Each company has its own private and secure space, and its employees access it with corporate logins.
Designed for companies that need control, security, and organization over their digital documents—without relying on generic personal-use solutions.
MAIN FEATURES
• Secure login per company, with two-factor authentication (2FA/TOTP).
• Sending and downloading files of any type, up to 256 MB per file.
• Organization into folders, with creation, renaming, and movement.
• Version control: send new versions and restore previous versions.
• Sharing via external link with password options, validity (24h, 7 days, or 30 days), and single use.
• Recycle bin with 30-day retention and restoration (for administrators).
• Antivirus verification of sent files—infected files have their download blocked.
• Global file search by name.
• Access profiles: owner, administrator, editor, and reader.
SECURITY FIRST
• All communication with our servers is done via HTTPS (TLS).
• Authentication tokens are stored in the system's secure storage (Android Keystore).
• Passwords are stored in encrypted form (hash), never in plain text.
• Server-side antivirus verification on every upload.
• Isolated space per company (multi-tenant) — your data does not mix with that of other organizations.
• No ads, no tracking, no third-party SDKs.
WHO IT'S FOR
Cloud Security is a CORPORATE application. You need an account provided by your company to use it. There is no public registration — only users authorized by your organization's administrator can access the system.
