When putting my details and going on to pay, the app just stays loading and loading. I'm not sure whether it's my problem or the apps, but it wasted a lot of time. I tried it from several different devices, and the same problem happened. This was my first time trying the app. A bad first impression.

I tried to place an order but their system didn't accept my visa card, so I received a "payment failed" message. I went to the place I wanted to buy tickets for and bought tickets at the counter. After almost 6 hours I received an email that I was charged and my tickets are now ready and active. I contacted the customer service twice and didn't receive any response from them. I don't recommend it.

App does not work properly. It shows differnet rates in the app. while checkout it keeps on processing for hours. Not sure if the app is really geniune or operated by some one else. Risk of getting scammed.
