Its a good application but ever since the latest updates. I have not been able to install on moto g stylus It works well on other devices. However, my main device still doesn't work. I will keep trying other methods and wait for updates. kudos to the responsiveness of the developer. I rated it 5 stars. It works well, and I have been able to get the agents to do some pretty impressive networking.

Recent OpenClaw updates caused major slowdowns with the old runtime, so we switched to a new one. This may cause install issues on some devices. A bug report would really help. You can also switch the runtime to proot in Settings to use the old method. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

I really want to like it. Excellent idea. well designed. Connected using Codex. Gateway wouldn't start at all at times. Even if it starts, never got the example prompt " what can you do " to actually produce anything. just hangs there and loads forever. I chose the stable runtime. Love that it is open source.
Thank you for the detailed feedback, and I’m sorry it didn’t work properly.
The Gateway should not hang like that, even with Codex and the stable runtime. Could you please send a report ZIP from the app or contact me by email? I’d like to check the logs and fix this issue.
I really appreciate that you liked the idea and design.

This openclaw app can be a reasonable fast openclaw setup for simple job. I like this elegan setup and quick response compare to many other termux based openclaw. You really find that your old phone become your personal receptionist. But It can also easily crashed and most surprisingly, update can also crash it. To make thing worst, backup for older version cannot be used to restore for app or newer version. My verdicts, use it for simple task, until the developer manage to fix those bugs.

Thanks for the review. Glad you liked the clean setup and speed. Just to clarify, the app already states that “Export to another device” is not a backup feature and only works with the same andClaw version, so cross-version restore is not supported. I agree stability still needs work, especially around crashes and updates, and I’m improving it.
