Even after going through all the formalities, I was given only $1000 crypto withdrawal limit. Although my portfolio is many times bigger. Coindcx support told me that I could not withdraw more than $1000 in a calendar year. Their system does not provide any information on how much limit I have used and how much left. Customer support is clueless and it is quite difficult to contact them. I hope to sell all my coins and move to a better exchange whenever that option is available.

on top of all this now i couldn't withdraw my funds now... the window is not opening, neither i can login through web... it just says "something went wrong" with no errors.. funny there's no way I can see my position & open orders on chart... i think this is the most basic feature a trading app should have.

Edit :There's some issue going on with loading the graphs in the peak hours... Graphs do not load when i need them the most. Overall app is very nice and user friendly...There is one issue I hope will be fixed, regarding charts lagging.. Sometimes it takes forever to load even with proper Internet connection. Edit : I tried it.. But still graphs do not load properly on time
