Ratings and reviews

App is not working at all. I rung flybuys and they said samsung phones aren't working. It sends me to a website and continues to load and load and load and nothing happens. Ive reset passwords used webpages . Deleted the app and reinstalled it and nothing. Would be nice if it could be fixed. Super annoying and its been like this for a good part of a year if not a year. So it would be good to have it fixed !!!! I'm deleting it.

It keeps pushing annoying generic 'come see your offers' notifications to my phone and I can't find a setting in the app to stop it. The Android design guidelines say not to send notifications like this and also to have an option for users to control it, so it's a double fail. Also keeps logging me out and takes forever to get back in. Held up the line at Coles because I wanted my BBQ credits and had to battle the app at the checkout.

Now, you can easily check offers on your phone/scan the digital copy instore when you forget your physical Flybuys card. A new-ish feature that other store apps haven't caught on with yet is earning points by answering surveys. The cons: this app is redundant; If you want to manage settings/redeem your points, normal activities that you should be able to do on the app, you'll just be directed to their websites outside of the app. What's the point of using the app if you can just DIY onsite?
