It's not an app. Rather, it's a screen saver. I don't know how the bank plans to work with this kind of system. Embarrassingly not working and is void of features that interact with clients. Needs a serious upgrade. Otherwise, it is destined to fail for sure. Don't expect government bail out every time you guys mess up.

I encountered difficulties with the CBE bank app; it wouldn't even let me register, let alone use it to send money. Despite trying for two days, I was stuck on the purple loading screen, whether I was connected to Wi-Fi or using my data. It's crucial for such a large company to address these bugs and release an updated version. One would expect the technical team to be in sync with the latest reforms to prevent revenue loss.
