This app crashes frequently and is very unstable. The OTP system is completely unreliable; it repeatedly says an OTP has been sent, but no code ever arrives by SMS or email. Without the OTP, users cannot access essential services. I tried multiple times with the same result. A financial app should be dependable, but this one fails at the most basic verification step. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest.

I tried so many days to send money to my account at CBE directly. However, this app doesn't work properly. I mean, after you filled all the required fields, finally, it says ' Unable to process transaction/PGW'. As a result I am forced to use a different app which does not belong to CBE. I hope CBE will fix this problem.

This app does not allow me to send money half the time. somtimes it works sometimes it does not work.
