I don't know what is wrong with the app, but it didn't allow me to send money to Ethiopia. I have entered my card info correctly but at the end it says 'transaction failed'. I kept trying more than 20 times, but end up not working. Whenever I tried other banks, it eventually work. EthioDirect or Cashgo CBE, you should be doing better.

The app is ok - when it actually works. I have used it several times but now it has to go after 2nd time having my international credit cards blocked after using the app. The Danish part of the approval of transfer works fine and still it fails causing Nets in Denmark to block it as a fraud attempt. So at the moment this app will be deleted as thr problems it causes whrn living aboard and getting my cards blocked is just too big a risk

I encountered difficulties with the CBE bank app; it wouldn't even let me register, let alone use it to send money. Despite trying for two days, I was stuck on the purple loading screen, whether I was connected to Wi-Fi or using my data. It's crucial for such a large company to address these bugs and release an updated version. One would expect the technical team to be in sync with the latest reforms to prevent revenue loss.
