Although the UI is simple and easy to use. That does not mean anything if information is not consistent throughout the app, and most services are down most of the time. Also, I see that forcing the user to turn off Android Dev Settings to use the app is unnecessary and creates inconvenience for users who want to use their devices for Android development 🙄. If you have certain security requirements, you would rather prefer to restrict the minSdk (since recent android releases are secure).

The app is getting worse and worse after every "update". The UI is inconsistent, you haven't fixed the issue with Mpesa wallet transfer ( the "begin 0, end 1, length 0" error after ever transfer attempt) ; now the tellbirr transfer raises "Bucket override O-10094" error. Test your work FULLY before release.

High inflation makes reliable digital banking essential, but this app regularly crashes. A bank of this size needs a stable platform and a more dependable software development team. Please prioritize fixing these uptime issues.
