Way better than the previous one. The graphics has evolved and interesting new features included. However it still needs improvement. 1. The balance inquiry section has to be on the main page for ease of access 2. "Login/Logout" and "add another account " options has to be provided within the app incase someone wanted to access his another accounts or just log out. 3.As a sensitive transaction app, it lacks security. Once you logged in, you can access the app anytime without logging in again

The worst mobile banking app in the entire world. So many problems when u try to transact through this app. Very faulty system they use. Not just the app the entire system is faulty. To fix one problem they take about a week or two weeks. By problem I mean ur money hangs and to get it back it takes 1 to 2 weeks. And that is why I recommend not to use this app or *847# system. It is the worst!!!!

Though I am ur custemer, and Long time admirer of CBE, Recently I fail to cup up with the new features of CBEPluss... I fail to swith between my accounts, in the previous CBEBirr switching is allowed. due to this, although I got 10s of thousands of money coupled with in my previous logged in phone, I am not using the money
