Most recent update as of June 2nd 2025 has changed the layout so that the bottom row of icons (Home, Conference, Calls, Voicemail, Contacts) is obscured by the Android navigation bar. I don't see a way to change this in the settings. This renders the app unusable for anything other than answering calls, as it is now impossible to navigate to any of those screens. Please fix this.

They took what was a good, serviceable app and turned it into a horrific mess. Ability to log in is inconsistent. Notifications come every call I send or receive on my desk phone, which clogs up my notifications and drains the battery on my phone and smartwatch. I'm deleting this app until I see it has been fixed. 2020/04/04: The app is much better functioning now.

I prefer a swift kick to the face rather than dealing with Comcast. Most of us already know the pains. I am forced to use this app for work but I can't because it thinks I'm using a modified version of Android.... Really? I have a non rooted phone from an Android authorized manufacturer, OnePlus. The last time I wrote about it, their response was to contact them to resolve "my issue". No Comcast, it is your issues. You fix yourself please. Update: it appears the app now works for my phone after the last update of the app. Thank you for fixing it.
