Its a nice online banking app. I have'nt had any issues with it... After some years, I've noticed that the mobile app doesn't work sometimes. I would give a 5 star rating, if the mobile app could stop being unavailable at times. Now, that's becoming very frustrating. I thought that updating the app would fix it, but that didn't solve the problem at all.

major issues lately with both app, website, and card issues... starting to think they've been hacked. in about 2 week period there's been some MAJOR issues. example, other night I couldn't buy anything. went to login the app, pop up saying we are having issues, website was the same way. theres always money in my 2 accounts, no reason to decline a purchase. blocking me from my own money is 1 way to drive people to leave and bank else where.

I have had this app for a while now. But more recently there is always an issue with the app or the online banking. Everytime I try to go somewhere or pay for things I cant unlock it because I can't get into my account because of some issue on your end. Its getting ridiculous and im at the point of switching banks because of the bs. I use Uber/Lyft to go everywhere so I have to get into it often and I dont feel comfortable leaving it unlocked. Please Fix.
