Easily and securely access your mySpending Card, Prepaid Expense Card or DirectCheck card account anytime, anywhere all from your phone. The Prepaid by Commerce Bank app is free to download and makes it easy for you to manage your Prepaid Expense Card and DirectCheck cards on the go!


Once you have created a new username and secure passcode for logging on, you will have access to:

• View balances and transaction history
• Set up transaction alerts via email, text or push notifications
• Submit travel plans
• Find ATM locations
• Easily push card information to Google Pay
• Turn card on/off with Card Controls (DirectCheck and mySpending Card only)
• Set dollar limits for purchases (DirectCheck and mySpending Card only)

Ratings and reviews

Not a lot of options. Can only see a handful of transactions and it only shows the date not the time of the transaction. Can't search transactions, what you see is what you get! Does not show any of your information such as card information, what information is on your file! I have been trying to figure out my password for atleast a month! It's next to impossible!

Used to work - now gives an error that the username or password is incorrect. Reset both, still the same problem. Customer service, well, bless their hearts, they don't know either. Good bank, but clearly this app is low on the list of improvements.

Frustrated. Worked like a charm for months, now biometrics don't work and mobile app won't log in. Same info works on desktop login. 12/21... repeat problem, and a $2 charge for calling customer service with no resolve.
