Nightmare to use. I was asked for more info. The gist is your user experience is really bad. You can have security and a user friendly app & website. I spent hours just trying to get into my account. The emails sometimes didn't come at all or so long you have to watch a show to get it. Simple two factor authentication would have made this better. I had to call during work hours just to fix this. My own bank app is better. You need better programmers.

Could you please provide additional information on where you ran into trouble? Was is during registration or payment submission? We are open to suggestions for modifications to improve your experience and would appreciate the feedback.

Wouldn't let me create an account. I had one set back a little over 8 years ago and forgot the login info, I was able to have them delete that account, but then I couldn't create a new account. I just use Money Gram, it's much easier

Took two tries to set up my account, i had to keep making new passwords and eben when i saved them they still said invalid. So after getting frustrated i left it alone until morning wirh a ckear fresh mundvand patience snd was finally able to pay child support which saves me a 45 minute drive one way. I don't have a driver licenve or car so it really helped me out. I don't kniw what i would have done wothout it.
